I guess its better a day late and a dollar short rather than never....It seems like just yesterday was Easter and then this morning I sit here watching the royal wedding daydreaming about me being a princess....and well, yes...Aaron being my prince. Oh wow, how her life has changed. It was just mind boggling to sit and watch such an event....Anyways, back to the topic at hand before I get to daydreaming about being a princess again.
Easter....yes, Easter was great! We had a very laid back, relaxing weekend. K was super excited for the Easter Bunny's visit and E had no clue any of this was even going on. :)
The day before the bunny was due for his visit we dyed some Easter eggs for him to hide. I think we did 18 in all....
....and yes, I admit...Maybe just maybe we took the easy way out on dying eggs and waiting until E took a nap before we even attempted it...That doesn't mean in the least that he didn't have his chance to enjoy them though!
Here comes Peter Cotton Tail.....
.....Hoppin' down the bunny trail.....
The Easter Bunny was good to my boys! We're still eating on Halloween candy. I can't imagine how long we'll be munching on these treats!
Shall we hunt for some eggs!?!? K had fun hunting for all the eggs. E was good once he found two. He reminded me of the old cave men. Somehow he knew to bang the two together to get them to crack open. After that he sat and ate the insides while K found all the rest of the eggs...He racked up on candy & money!
Love your pics, Darlin'. Makes me wish I was a kid again...or even better, a young parent with young kids. You dream about being a princess; I dream I could do some of the stuff all over again.
