Project 365: Week 1

Welcome to Project 365!!! This blog is 99.9% dedicated to my life as a mom and our crazy family of four and also my love for gardening (which by the way, I have purchased all my seeds for spring..I have garden fever so bad I can't hardly stand it and to make this year that much more exciting, I've purchased all heirloom seeds so it should be an interesting difference!) anyways back to the topic at hand... Also included in this blog is my love for photography and it just so happens that over at Naptime Momtog a project 365 is going on....What is a project 365 you ask!? That is where I have committed to take a picture a day of anything...Anything that inspires me, intrigues me, makes me laugh, cry, or just anything.... Each Saturday I will post my week of pictures and just by default it's going to create its own personal journal of my life and family's lives for the entire year...With that being said...Here is week one!

Day One: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! January 1, 2011
Day 2: A very foggy start to our Jan. 2 day...
Day 3: A lovely bridge right down the road from our house. We love walking this bridge!

Day 4: An everyday start to OUR day....Apple Jacks or some sort of cereal littering our table to keep the baby happy.
Day 5: be nice, be nice, be nice..... This is our most favorite dog in the neighborhood barking at Mr. baby as he looks on wondering what in the world crawled up this little doggy's.....
Day 6: Oh Trader Joe's how I love thee...Let me count the ways!! Seriously, ever since my family has decided to go as organic as possible we've discovered that it is super expensive....With the exception of Trader Joe's. This has to be by far my most favorite store in the area!

Day 7: This is the beautiful start to my Friday....Enough said!

That's it folks! See you next Saturday for week two of the Project 365!

  9. That sunrise is awesome along with that very foggy picture of the tree.

I know more about gardening than photography so I can understand the great feeling it is when you sit and look through the seed catalogues and order up the seeds for the year. You can't go wrong with heirlooms - I just wish here in the UK we had more of a variety of our own heirlooms. I just grow salad leaves in the garden as I'm more a flower and shrub gardener.
